When you access our Site and/or install or use an RMP, as your agent and on your behalf we may collect certain tracking and usage data generated or provided by your and others’ use of the Site and RMPs ("Usage Data"). This information includes general Material usage patterns and related campaign success rates.
How We Use The Information
Usage Data is used for the following purposes: (i) to provide and improve the Site and RMPs, (ii) to provide you with further information from us or third parties that we believe you may find useful or interesting, (iii) to enable users to enjoy and easily navigate the Site and use the RMPs, (iv) to better understand your needs and interests, (iv) to provide service announcements, and (v) including promotional materials and other information on Pictela and third party content. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Usage Data and Non-Identifying Information. We may, in our discretion, share with third parties or otherwise make use of aggregated and non-aggregated information for any purpose including, but not limited to, industry analysis, demographic profiling, and to deliver targeted advertising about other products and services. We may also share such information with the providers of RMP content, and such providers may share or otherwise such information as described herein. Information shared in these contexts, with any party, will not contain personally identifiable information.
Service Providers. We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate operation of the Site and RMPs, to provide the same on our behalf, to perform services related to administration of the Site and RMPs (e.g., maintenance, hosting and database management services, web analytics and administration). These third parties have access to Usage Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. Pictela cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of Pictela or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable.
Business Transfers. Pictela and providers of RMP content may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including Usage Data and other data gathered in connection with your use of the Site and RMPs, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.
Pictela is concerned with safeguarding your information. We employ a variety of industry-standard measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.

The Site and RMPs may contain links to other websites that are not administered or controlled by Pictela. If you choose to visit a third-party website by "clicking on" a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s website.
